Here the chef will introduce the ingredients to prepare the dish and guide visitors on the techniques for preparing this dish
09:00 am: The hotel's chef and tour guide welcomes visitors at the reception then goes to Duong Dong market
09:20 am: Visit Duong Dong market, with a bustling scene of buyers and sellers, fruits and vegetables neatly and beautifully arranged. The chef will introduce the ingredients to be used in the cooking classes.
10:10 am: Tourists will return to the tourist area with the materials purchased at the market.
11:00 am: The chef will instruct on techniques along with ingredients for preparing traditional dishes. Then visitors can experience cooking these dishes themselves.
13:00 pm: Enjoying a lunch cooked by yourself is a great reward for your efforts to discover new things in life. After completing the course, visitors will receive a souvenir and a certificate from the travel company.
